Staging

I love making homes beautiful. This often means painting, replacing flooring, and other design choices. But the biggest, quickest lift that can happen to elevate a space is to stage.

The goal of staging is to have buyers walk into a room, relax, feel comfortable, and want to stay. If you can create that moment for them, that is when they 'buy' the home emotionally. Because although numbers get run, inspections happen and forms get filled out, buying a home (and how much to pay) is fundamentally an emotional decision. As a stager, I love that I facilitate that connection between the home and its next owner.
