Lucas and Lacie have 30+ years of real estate experience between them and quite a bit of real life experience as well. Every house is different and every client is too! We love to present options and allow our clients to decide. For example, when we meet for a listing appointment we present commission levels at different levels of service. We can flip your house for you including renovations, staging, and landscaping. Or, you can save commission dollars by getting the home ready with our preferred tradesmen, and we just photograph and list. We give you the options and you can choose how much you want us to do. If you want to buy your neighbor's house and just need us to write the contract for a fee? We can do that! We just want to help people and be the easy choice that people love to work with.
